Heritage Lake Indiana is still one of Indy’s Best Kept Secret and a wonderful way to make a financial investment and an investment in your family at the same time! The lakefront homes range in price from $189,900 to$524,900. There are some nice lakefront lots available, too. The homes not located on the lakefront range from $79,900 to $289,900 and have excellent lake access at the marina and boat launch where a boat slip can be leased for $550.00 per season. Heritage Lake is a 320 private lake with watersports including water skiing, wake boarding, tubing, sailing, kayaking, jet skis and more. The fishing is incredible and the lake is stocked with blue gill, crappie, large mouth bass, walleye, and catfish. The views are gorgeous all year long at Heritage Lake Indiana.
