Brouhard Realtors has been around for awhile…even my youthful self, as much as I hate to admit it, has been out here living the Heritage Lake dream for over 22 years! That is the beauty of Heritage Lake!  Having lived here since I was 24 year of age, I’ve been able to experience so many different phases of lake living from being the one on the water skis and tubes to only being the spotter, from enjoying the party times on the water to enjoying watching other people party through my window, from the quiet weekdays when there are only a few boats on the water watching the varied and beautiful birds and wildlife quietly go about their daily lives to the hustle and bustle of numerous teenage boys tromping in and out of the house, on and off the boat.  I’ve pulled in many a fish, but nothing compares to the looks on my son’s faces when they come running into the house with a nice fish on their line………………… My back is really bad and I can’t actively do a lot of the things I love to do but I am so happy to be somewhere so beautiful where I can enjoy so many special and wonderful things in spite of my limitations.
